QLD Magistrates Court
QLD Magistrates Court eFiling allows CITEC Confirm clients who are legal practitioners, licensed commercial agents or eligible self-represented Plaintiffs/Applicants to electronically file Claims, Requests for Default Judgment and Applications for Enforcement Hearing Summons through all Magistrates Courts in Queensland.
Individuals are not currently eligible to access QLD Magistrates Court eFiling. For entities seeking approval to access eFiling, supporting documentation is required that provides proof that the entity has a currently registered business name, is currently registered as a company, or is appropriately licensed. For example, a current ASIC business names extract or company extract, or a current licence signed by the appropriate authority.
If you would like to access CITEC Confirm's eFiling facility for QLD Magistrates Court, please send a request to the CITEC Confirm Service Centre via email or post.
The request should include your business name, business type, primary contact information, reason for access and any supporting documentation.

QLD Magistrates Court hours of operation
You can access CITEC Confirm's Queensland eFiling system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Documents can only be successfully lodged during registry hours; if you attempt to lodge a document after the closing time of the corresponding registry, it will be processed next business day and stamped accordingly.

QLD Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT)
QCAT eFiling allows CITEC Confirm subscribers who are legal practitioners, licensed commercial agents or eligible self-represented Plaintiffs/Applicants to electronically file Minor Civil Disputes and Requests for Decision by Default through all Tribunals within Queensland.
Individuals are not currently eligible to access eFiling. For entities seeking approval to access eFiling, supporting documentation is required that provides proof that the entity has a currently registered business name, is currently registered as a company, or is appropriately licensed. For example, a current ASIC business names extract or company extract, or a current licence signed by the appropriate authority.
