If a Special Water Meter Reading is required, you must enter the desired date of the reading.
Are there any additional criteria required to retrieve a Land Tax Certificate?
When ordering a Land Tax Certificate additional details will be required. The details required include the Reason for Application, Settlement Date, Vendor Details and Purchaser Details. If you do not have the Vendor Details you can obtain them from an online VIC Lands Title Search.
Can I confirm property details on a map?
Using the “View and Confirm on map” facility on the Confirm Property screen, you can verify the property that you have specified. The map will display your selected property, which will be highlighted, along with a diagram of any surrounding properties. The selected property can be changed by clicking an alternate address on the map. The details of the new address can then be confirmed on the Confirm Property screen.
What determines which Property Certificates are available for a property?
The information available for a given property is determined by the Town, Suburb or Locality in which it is situated. Based on the information you have entered, the available certificate list is displayed. In the event of multiple authorities being listed for a certificate type, you will be required to identify which authority applies to your property.
What is a Certificate Warning?
A Property Certificate may have a warning associated with its use. This is usually displayed in the certificate list by a red exclamation icon next to the certificate name. After selecting a certificate with an associated warning, a Certificate Warning dialogue box will be displayed. Clicking the OK button acknowledges that you have read and accept the warning, and will allow your order to continue with the inclusion of that certificate.
Is there a reduced delivery fee when ordering multiple certificates?
After seven chargeable certificates have been ordered, any additional certificates will incur no delivery fee. For more information please visit the Fees page.
Can my order be saved and finished at a later time?
Your order can be saved and finished at a later time by using the “Save, Finish Later” button. After selecting this button, your order will be saved in the Confirm Inbox with the status set to SAVED. You can resume a saved order by selecting it from the Confirm Inbox.
How long are saved orders stored?
Orders that are saved to be finished later are available for seven days from the Confirm Inbox. After this time the SAVED order status will change to EXPIRED and the data will need to be resubmitted if you wish to perform the order again.
Please Note: All orders with a SAVED status will automatically change to EXPIRED in the Confirm Inbox at midnight on 30 June of every year.
How long should it take for results to be returned?

How will my results be returned?
