Why should I conduct an Unregistered Document Search?

These searches provide the most current information on titles, including the details of any registered or unregistered documents related to a property settled in the last 90 days.


What information will I get from a Location Request Search?

This search describes the current location of the original title by identifiers such as bundle, series and storage details, for example microfiche file.

This search provides further information on the series in which a title or document is stored, including accessibility and method of storage.

What information will I get from an Item Delivery Search?

This search notes the most recent movement of a title or document within the land title system.


Will I be charged if there are no results found?

Yes, you will be charged. Refunds will not be given for manual document ordering searches, as these search requests are fulfilled by our search team. A "no result" is considered a result and is therefore chargeable.


How will I receive my results?

Your search results will be emailed to you.
