Will I be charged if there are no results found?
Yes, you will be charged for a "no result". Refunds will not be given for manual document ordering searches, as these search requests are fulfilled by a search agent. A "no result" is considered to be a result and is therefore chargeable.
What information will I get from a Title Search?
A title search will retrieve a copy of both the plan and the certificate of title held by SA Lands. These documents will be forwarded on to you by your requested delivery method.
What information must I provide for a Title Search?
You must provide either the full Plan/Parcel details or the Title Reference of the title you wish to search for.

What happens if there is a problem with my search?
You will be notified if there was a problem locating the title you requested.
How will I receive my results?
Results are delivered as attachments (PDF) to an email address, as requested.
Adobe Acrobat© Reader™ (please see Confirm Software Downloads) is required to view pdf files.
