Will I be charged if there are no results found?

Yes, you will be charged for a "no result". Refunds will not be given for manual document ordering searches, as these search requests are fulfilled by a search agent. A "no result" is considered to be a result and is therefore chargeable.

What information is included in Building Details?

The Building Details for a given property are described by standard categories, including building style, year built, building condition, wall construction, roof construction, equivalent main area and number of main rooms.

What information will I get from a Property Title Details Search?

A Property Title Details Search returns a range of information about the subject property. Title Information, Sales Details, Constraint & Incumbrances and a Valuation Summary will all be returned for the single search fee.

What information is shown on a Survey Plan Image?

Survey Plan Images are scanned images of original survey plans, showing the boundary measurements of properties as well as other information used by surveyors.

What information will I get from a Title & Valuation Search?

A Title & Valuation Search returns a range of information about the subject property. Title Information, Sales Details, Valuation Summary, Valuation Details and Building Details will all be returned for the single Title & Valuation Search fee.

What information is included in Valuation Details?

A Valuation Details result includes the valuation number, status, type, the property address, local government authority, title reference, owner number, zoning information, site value and capital value.

How will I receive my results?

Results are delivered as attachments (PDF) to an email address, as requested.
