What information will I get from a Street Address By Title Reference Search?
This search will return a list of matching street addresses for the title reference(s) entered. An option to then order the related Title is also provided at an additional charge.
What is the correct format for entering a Title Reference?
A Title Reference can be either a lot/(section)/plan or a volume-folio number, as shown by the following examples of property descriptions and corresponding title references.:
Lots/(Section) Plan
The section number is optional, and each number is separated by a forward slash (/)

| Common property on Strata Plan 3456 | CP/SP3456 |

Volume/Folio Number
The volume and folio numbers are separated by a hyphen (-)

How will I receive my result?
The result of a search is displayed immediately and stored in your CITEC Confirm Inbox. A PDF extract is available by selecting the Print All button. An additional copy may be emailed to you if you select this option when you conduct your search. To access the CITEC Confirm Inbox, follow the links in the CITEC Confirm header.
