How can I enable or disable search receipts?

To request to enable or disable search receipts, please contact our Customer Service Centre at confirm@citec.com.au or on 1800 773 773.

Where do search receipts display?

When enabled, a link to the search receipt will display under your results.

If you’ve searched using multiple criteria (for example, multiple title references), a link to separate search receipts will usually display under your results.

What information is included in a search receipt?

Each search receipt has the same format and standard information, including:

  • transaction date/time and name
  • account code
  • user name, also known as UserID (if applicable)
  • your reference and the Confirm transaction reference
  • search criteria
  • price.
