NSW Lands searches available online through CITEC Confirm

As of 1 July 2016, land title searches and related products are no longer available via NSW Land & Property Information's online shop.
Register online with CITEC Confirm to gain access to NSW Land searches, as well as over 500 information searches and services from all states and territories across Australia.
Our Lands portfolio provides:
- National land titles and a range of related information such as plans, dealings and instruments
- National settlement services including eConveyancing via Property Exchange Australia (PEXA)
- Electronic Duties Returns (EDR) from New South Wales Office of State Revenue (OSR)
- Land tax clearance and valuation certificates from New South Wales OSR
- National telco cable searches.
