As of 1 August 2016, all documents required to be lodged in the County Court for Common Law and Commercial Division proceedings must be filed online.
CITEC Confirm is the County Court of Victoria's sole, trusted provider of eFiling services - a relationship spanning 15 years.
In anticipation of the introduction of mandatory eFiling, the County Court of Victoria in partnership with CITEC Confirm is hosting a series of training / information sessions at Court locations across the state of Victoria.
This session will be held at the Warrnambool Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, 26 July at 1:00pm.
A demonstration of eFiling will be given, and staff from the Registry and CITEC Confirm will be available to answer questions. Solicitors and their staff are welcome.
