CITEC Confirm offers a comprehensive suite of SA Land Search products, including title registers, constraints and encumbrances, property locality maps, sales details and survey plan images. You may perform these searches by entering address information, owner details or a property description, depending on the requirements of the individual search.

Your order will be submitted online and processed by CITEC Confirm.

Property Search

An SA property search will allow you to order a range of extracts including: building details, constraints and encumbrances, property locality map, sales details, plan images and title/valuation information.

Title Register Search

This search will retrieve a copy of the current title and plan (where available) for the property details entered. You must provide either full current plan/parcel details or a title reference.
