The NSW OSR service allows approved clients to electronically access Land Tax Clearance and Valuation certificates.

This service can also be used to reprint or reissue certificates, check the status of orders and download results via intelli-Doc.

Access to NSW OSR must be enabled for your CITEC Confirm Account before you will be able to access the services. You can request access by downloading and completing the following Request for Access Form (PDF, 210KB).

An Invoiced account with CITEC Confirm is a requirement to be granted access to these services.

If you are unsure whether your CITEC Confirm account is Invoiced or Pre-Pay, or you would like to set up an invoiced account, please contact the Confirm Service Centre on 1800 773 773 or at confirm@citec.com.au.

NSW Land Tax Clearance Certificates

This search will produce a land tax clearance certificate, which will display the taxable land value and show if tax has been charged on the property.

NSW Land Valuation Certificates

This search will produce a land valuation certificate, which will display information including: land description, taxable land value, value type and the scale of rates.
