QLD Magistrates Court and QCAT eFilingCITEC Confirm eLearning

QLD Magistrates Court and QLD Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) eFiling allows subscribers to CITEC Confirm who are legal practitioners, licensed commercial agents and self-represented Plaintiffs/Applicants to electronically file documents for all Magistrates Courts and Tribunals throughout QLD. Please see the list of documents that can be filed through CITEC Confirm's eFiling system below.

If you would like to access the eFiling facility provided by CITEC Confirm, please send a request to CITEC Confirm Customer Service via email, post or fax. The request should include your business name, business type, primary contact information and reason for access.

Due to legislative and security requirements, access to client reference guides, interactive demonstrations and result samples for these products has been restricted. Clients who have authorised access to these products may request electronic training and educational materials by contacting CITEC Confirm Customer Service.

Bulk Upload

An unlimited number of documents can be filed at once, in XML format, using CITEC Confirm's Bulk eFiling facility. Successful documents are returned online.

QLD Magi Court - Claim

All QLD Magistrates Courts accept eFiled Claims, which require the same information as a manual lodgement. Claims can be valued up to and including $150,000.

QLD Magi Court - Request for Default Judgment

To file a Request for Default Judgment, 28 days must have elapsed since the initial Claim was served and the Claim must have been eFiled. The outcome is returned online.

QLD Magi Court - Application for Enforcement Hearing Summons

To file an Application for Enforcement Hearing Summons, 44 days must have elapsed since the initial Claim was served, a Decision must exist and the Claim must have been eFiled. The outcome is returned online.

QCAT - Minor Civil Dispute

All QCAT locations accept eFiled Minor Civil Disputes, which require the same information as a manual lodgement. Minor Civil Disputes can be valued up to and including $25,000.

QCAT - Request for Decision by Default

To file a Request for Decision by Default, 28 days must have elapsed since the initial Minor Civil Dispute was served and the Minor Civil Dispute must have been eFiled. The outcome is returned online.

Create a Profile

Profiles can be created for Representative, Plaintiff/Applicant, Defendant/Respondent, Relief Claimed, Precedent, Server and Deponent details, helping to reduce repetitive data entry.
