From the database maintained by the Queensland Department of Natural Resources and Mines you can search for valuations and sales information. Searches can in include any combination of the following:

Region, district, local authority or division
Street number, street name, street type or town
Owners (property search only)
Lot number, plan number or parish
Valuation number

Access is available by individual orders. Some data may need to be processed manually, usually within one working day.

Queensland Land Tax Clearance Certificates

Land Tax Clearance Certificates are usually available online from a database maintained by the Queensland Office of State Revenue. This search:

Checks if a clearance certificate can be issued immediately (some requests may require further processing)
Records details of each request and allocates a clearance number for later enquiries
Immediately issues certificates which you can print on your own printer
Allows you the option of having the certificate mailed to you or to physically collect it if your request cannot be processed automatically.
