Queensland Transport & Main Roads Property Search

As of August 2011 CITEC Confirm is offering the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads' new combined Property Search.
This search identifies potential and existing interests that the department may have in a property, including:
- roads
- rail
- busways
- cycleways
- airport noise.
Access to this search is available through CITEC Confirm’s Queensland Coveyancing product at a cost of $34.09 (service level: return to client). "Return to client” orders are delivered directly to you by the relevant local authorities, except for online searches which will be delivered directly to you by CITEC Confirm agents.
