Valuations and Sales: CITEC Confirm eLearning

The Valuations and Sales products include the QLD Valuation and Sales system as well as the national RealtyCheck service.
Searches performed within the QLD Valuation and Sales database provide information on property values, previous house sales and owner details.
RealtyCheck provides an estimate of a property's current value based on historical sales data and statistics. This search can be conducted on properties located in all states and territories with the exception of NT and TAS.
Address Search
Where available, this search returns a property address, RPD zoning info, title status, owner name and owner address. You may perform this search by using a street name and suburb, plus any other available details.
Owner Name Search
This search will return a property address, RPD and zoning info, title status and owner name where available. You may perform this search by using a first and surname, plus any other available details.
Property Search
This search will return a property address, RPD and zoning info, title status, owner name and address, area, date of valuation and land value where available, upon entry of a street address or lot/plan details.
Sales Search
This search will return a property address, RPD and zoning info, title status, purchaser name, purchaser address, vendor name, area, agreement date and type of sale where available.
RealtyCheck
A RealtyCheck search will provide you with an estimation of a property's current value, confirmation of its existence and, where available, the sales history of the property itself and 10 surrounding properties.
