NSW Office of State Revenue Certificates and StampingCITEC Confirm eLearning

The NSW Office of State Revenue service allows approved clients to electronically self-assess a wide range of duties and transactions, and make payments by way of periodic remittance.

Information is sent via the CITEC Confirm website to be processed by the NSW Office of State Revenue (NSW OSR). Document Stamping can be used by any organisation that processes duties transactions including: solicitors, conveyancers, financial institutions and law agents.

Each successful document submission will produce an electronic confirmation certificate containing information such as: document type and details, payment details, party names, property IDs and stamping details.

NSW Land Tax Clearance Certificates

This search will produce a land tax clearance certificate, which will display the taxable land value and show if tax has been charged on the property.

NSW Land Valuation Certificates

This search will produce a land valuation certificate, which will display the taxable land value and value type. You may undertake this search using lot/plan details combined with a street address.
